As part of our innovation strategy, we typically launch new products annually to continually offer consumers a wide variety of new flavour profiles, textures and recipes. In 2022, we created an entirely new product line with the introduction of our new brand 7+, a newly developed cereal bar to cater to consumers searching for healthier snacking options. We also recently launched a vegan line under our Van Houten brand that includes products made wholly from plant-based ingredients. The innovation for Van Houten Vegan did not stop with the product itself. It also included newly introduced eco-friendly packaging made entirely from recyclable paper. The new packaging materials are applied to the entire vegan product line as part of our long-term goal to help reduce the overall environmental footprint of our business.
