The Irish Duck Company (IDC), founded in 2014 is the proud sole distributor of the famed Silver Hill Duck in Asia. In Singapore, IDC serves leading restaurants and has become known as the supplier of the “Wagyu of Duck”.

With years of experience in R&D, sampling and the roasting and serving of these prized birds, coupled with their repertoire of chefs and restaurants, IDC’s strength lies in getting the best results out of the product. IDC’s supply chain includes Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore and will soon extend to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Taiwan and the Philippines.
